Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This site is operated by Andrew Fletch from the Philippines. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

When you send us a message or a project brief, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you share it, your country and region, and the details of your project or question. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We also use privacy-focused analytics (Vercel Analytics) that show us aggregate visits without identifying you personally.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to help with your equipment or consulting inquiry, and to send you the newsletter if you asked for it. That's it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

A few services process data on our behalf: Resend delivers form submissions to our email, beehiiv manages our newsletter, and Vercel hosts the site and its analytics. If you send an equipment inquiry, we share the relevant project details with the suppliers we approach for your quotes; we don't share more than they need to quote your project.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we're working with you or may work with you, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe (every issue has an unsubscribe link).

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Emailandrew@andrewfletch.com and we'll sort it out. If you're in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 applies; if you're elsewhere, we'll respect the equivalent rights under your local law.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
